About Janelle!

Janelle James is the founder of 99 Prospect. A consulting firm that helps organizations implement user centered design (UCD), build flexible workplace culture and business development practices. She has lead demonstrations and training sessions for international Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. Her corporate and consulting background has lead to her success in User Experience and Virtual Office Expansion initiatives.

As a certified Telework Managing Officer, Janelle has worked with the federal agencies and commercial organizations on change management initiatives. Mainly focused on UX strategy, Virtual Workforce expansion and training. As an advocate for flexible work culture Janelle has self published two books Say Goodbye to Cubicles: Insider’s Guide To Find Work From Home Jobs and, 160 Legitimate Work From Home Jobs: An Insider’s List Discover Who Will Pay You To Stay Home.

What is 99 Prospect? Janelle is a New York City native she grew up on a street called 99 Prospect in Park Slope, Brooklyn. That’s where her love for technology began, hence the name of her company. She was given an old computer from her mom’s job and quickly became fascinated with all things technology.
